Not that anyone cares, or was wondering, but I have been absent for valid reasons of late. Beyond the holidays and personal issues, I just got my ass out of jail for:
  1. DWI
  2. DWI+ (0.15)
  3. Aggrivated Unlicenced Operation
  4. Expired Registration
  5. Failure to Keep Right
  6. *Being at the wrong place at the wrong time*

So, from now until further notice I will be partially inactive till I attempt to sort out these legal issues. :-\ If you don't hear back from me, it's because I can't get a WiFi signal from jail.

Smarter that really sucks but drinking and driving is a no go in my book cant blame anyone but yourself :( .

I was the DD (lmao), they pulled over everyone leaving the bar that night, 2 other people got DWI's too, hoping that will be in my favor as it's technically illegal to do that, I didn't fail to keep left either, they followed me for over a mile. We were just headed to McDonalds and then home to sleep :-\. Hopefully my Lawyer will kick their ass and this will go over with me not being able to drive for a year (expected). Either way, will give me plenty of time to organize my projects. Even if I have to write C# on Paper and Mail it to someone to Debug! lol

New Zealand has recently enforce a 'Zero tolerance' law. Cant remember if it was only for under 18. Shud find out tho lol. But it basically means 0 alcohol while driving

And that is a good thing in my opinion.

Drink and Drive your a bloody idiot as the Tv slogan goes holds true, having lost friends because the dickhead behind the wheel drunk too much piss and thought he was superman really shows you how stupid drinking and driving is.

You can actually get a DUI while on a bicycle also.. Not sure if it varies by state or not..we got fuked up laws here
 
Hope they throw you back in jail. Sorry, but you need your ass kicked for driving drunk.
