Multiprofile: Stuck after Oultand Portal "Not in Game"

how can we fix the issue for the "not in game" bug after loading screen in multiprofile for outland?

Standing there for hours.

i see u dont even try to understand to read through the forums, tony. you have answered this bug several times as well known after loading screens. I need to know if there´s a workaround.
