Multiply Invoices!!

I need help from an Administrator that can help me, Its says that I've reached max Sessions and then I got 2 invoices on my Shop list, one is paid and one is unpaid, I would like to remove the Unpaid one.
Invoice number 18773 is paid with both Gather and Honorbuddy.
