Multiple Bots on one PC? Can it be done?

Just wondering if anyone has figured out a way to run multiple instances of hearthstone and hearthbuddy on the same PC? Would be awesome if we could to bot on multiple accounts.

You can probably set up some VM's, but you will need a separate hearthbuddy license for each one.
