Multiple Botbases

Is there a way to run multiple botbases simultaneously?

For example, run DungeonBuddy and queue for a dungeon and then run Questing with a profile while you are in the queue?

Try Mixed Mode you can click on Dungeonbuddy while you do party or questing

Thefaroe is correct in MixedMode is what you're asking for. Alas, it doesn't work so well with Questing as one of the options. More info here:
