multiboxing and looting

so i figured out how to launch multiple instances of diablo, via apoc, thanks apoc. and so my question is, can i have demonbuddy follow my main character while the main character farms, the other character following will loot stuff?

i want 1 guy to follow and loot, is that possible? or do i need to gear out my alt and just have him on a seperate game farming?
