I am looking to purchasing another account and was wondering if blizzard were to check IP it goes by location, so in my household say there is just me, I make a new account with random name same address different payment method, and use them both on the same computer, If the random name and that were to get banned would there be a high chance my other account that is totally not linked to this account except with similar ip's or identical ip's get banned as well?
