Mule banned for nothing

I bought 1/05/13 battle chest account . Made 1 lvl char went to ogri made guild and loged off after 31 days they banned him for ecconomy abuse, but he never ever traded shit , blizzard ban metod is all going wrong way. i'm sooo pissed off i think i will start making bots with credit card and then just charge back those blizzard jackases. I understand banning for boting or other thinks but for making guild from 1lvl char and then just not loging in it's just insane...
