MSVCR110.dll Error

I downloaded and installed the bot, then i tried to open it through the launcher and it gave me this error "The program cant start because MSVCR110.dll is missing from your computer"

I went to control panel to see if i had the Net framework and the visual studios. In control panel i couldnt see Netframework, so i tried downloading the newest version. When i tried to install that it said it already was installed on my computer which it wasnt since i got that error. I tried on 2 pcs now and same error on both PCs. I have never had this problem before, i have been botting a lot in the past.. if you guys know how to fix this problem let me know please.
 
i tried to, but the link didnt work so i couldnt get to the thread where i could download it
 
I did that now, it says that frame network already is installed. I cant find it in the control panel "remove program" i can only see visual studious there. This makes no sense at all
 
Doesnt work, now honorbuddy launcher just crashes everytime i try to open it..
 
Kazper i was having the same problem after i did a full reinstall so your most likely going to have the same problem. a few things i had to figure out the hard way myself. you can still get into wow if the built in luncher is having problems with this error all you need to do is go to the honorbuddy folder and then send a shortcut of the honorbuddy application to your desktop (make sure it does not say luncher) then it allowed me to get into honorbuddy. next if you have more then 1 account and don't wish to keep changing your battletnet info to get into each you are going to have to go into the wow folder and delete or rename the wow 64 then send the normal wow link to your desktop. also just so you know the wow 64 application will sometimes replace itself i found it on mine again yesterday. once you have done that wow should pop up with a email and password login screen and honorbuddy should attach to it without the luncher.

also after you reinstall windows make sure you have all of the windows updates it took me days to get my stuff up to a good status to be able to start playing
