MSVCP110.dll missing

Everytime I try to log into Wow through my Honorbuddy I keep get this Error "The program cant start because MSVCP110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." My husband has gone online and downloaded this file in 32 and 64 dll files and placed them in the system 32 file and wow64 file. any other ideas or what could be causing this problem? I have also done a fresh restart on my laptop (which is a windows 8) and also downloaded a new Honorbuddy and reinstalled wow as well.

wow needs to be running in 32bit mode.
to do this watch this video. it covers every possible way to get wow to start in 32 bit mode.

after wow is started in 32bit mode, get fully logged in and in game, then start honorbuddy by right clicking "honorbuddy.exe" and clicking "Run as Administrator"


if after running honorbuddy.exe and honorbuddy fails to start then upload an honorbuddy log.
if you would, please post a full log as an attachment so we can see whats going on.
