MSVCP110.dll missing error when launching

I have reinstalled and have also gone as far as reinstalling windows as a complete wipe but every time I try launch Honorbuddy it says its missing MSVCP110.dll. I have gone to the website 'http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcp110' and downloaded the check. The check program says I am fully up to date and have all dll files. Could some one please tell me how to get this working in detail please Im no computer wize so try keep it simple if possible.

- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

Go to Control Panel -> Uninstall Program. They will be listed.

Getting the same error, followed the steps deleted all versions of c++ restarted uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Could it have something to do with windows 10? just got my comp back up and running and back into wow / HB.


edit: i read it wrong and was just running hb installer as admin not buddyinstaller. seems to let me open the program now
