msvcp110.dll is missing

I have seen threads on this issue but I cannot fix my issues.

C++ is not in my installed programs. msvcp110.dll IS in my system 32 file.

Tried installing the hb installer no go. Run as admin on all programs. No go.

Uninstalled reinstalled .net frameworks. no go.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I followed all the steps that were available to me from the other post's.


Windows 10 and all updates are installed.

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

If its not there, then it's already 'removed', so you can skip that step. Please follow the rest of Tony's instructions.
