MSVCP110.dll is missing?

I had this problem, so i went to a buddies house, downloaded the software and it worked...come back home, reinstall everything EXACTLY how we did it at his house and everytime it comes with the titles error message and tells me to reinstall or just flat out says "the program has stopped working" and closes... any help?
