MSVCP110.dll is missing issue

I reset my pc beginning of week and i re-downloaded HB. I get a error "MSVCP110.dll is missing" before client even starts up. I downloaded Visual C++, I checked to see if I had a log but no log to link to help. I am running Windows 10 64.
