Moving to Type: QuestPickUp

I got a Problem with my 86er Rouge , he always trys to pick up a quest that is already done.

I though i had to delete the "cache"-folder , but it doesn?t work...

and he spams very often "Moving to Type: QuestPickUp"

I just want him to do the avaible quests ...

can some1 give me a simple explenation ? i?m a pc boon
