want to move a both from outwest to east n use on phone, anyone have history w doing this?

I'm skeptical at doing this method lately, most of my accounts that got banned were moving from city to another with appropriate waiting time, sometimes even longer. I do have bot accounts that are in different cities though, but I started it there and open it thru bluestacks to claim achievements and level rewards and not logging it in on my phone.
