movement keep stopping issue

when grinding/questing

toon stop movement between hotspots frequently (about 1-10 times per hour) and just do nothing. it never go afk and get disconnected. only when I see toon stop movement and move toon a little manually, it start to move to next hotspot again.

I usually run 5+ session and never changed profile . and about 2 weeks ago this issue started to occur with every session.

I know there were several update with HB during that time. and maybe there were some changes in movement mechanism or something.

Does anyone have similar issue

now, it is almost impossible to run HB more than a hour without movement stopping issue.
