Mounting when doing BG's

Good morning everyone. Well with server maint I figured might as well toss around a questions which has been bothering me since I bought HB a few days ago. I have searched for an answer on the forums but been unable to find anything so posting the questions myself.

Whenever I do a BG, using either wOOts or the standard BG bot, it will not mount up. I tried this in multiple different BG's with the same result. Probably an error on my part but I was wondering if anyone else had this problem in the past and if so what was the solution. Thanks in advance and looking forward to hearing back from everyone.

FYI: HB rocks and this has been the best decision for my gaming and family situation. Wish I would of joined in years ago.

When I first tested them and other profiles I couldn't figure out why most of them wouldn't mount up but with a little trial and error I got it. Make sure you enter a mount name in the Settings and Tools for your Mount. I found it best for me if I uncheck the two boxes automatic and random. (I'm not right in front of it so I may be a little off on the exact terminology). BUT if you put in a mount name and when your toon goes to mount (you'll see it pause like it was going to mount up in the beginning of a BG or other locations) and it doesn't - HB most likely does not recognize that name. As an example I found that HB wasn't mounting up when I had entered one of my horse mounts - but then worked fine when I changed it to one of my others.

Soo... TLDR: try putting in the names of a few different mounts (one at a time of course) in the Settings and Tools section to see if that solves your problem.

Ok I will give this a try as well. I like the fact that with GatherBuddy it will mount the flying mount without any problems. If this does not work I will have the log as well for more help. Appreciate your help as well.
