Mounting up while questing (kicks)

Whenever im questing 99% of the time it decides to run to the next spot instead of mounting up on either flying or ground and i dont know how to fix it. Need some help, thanks

For some reason in that log, your HB is wanting to cast battle shout an ridiculous number of times.
Does using a different routine fix the problem?

try also going into settings and tools and unchecking "FindMountAutomatically" and manually type in the mount names you want it to use.
see if that helps any.
