Mounting Problem

Im Questing...

My character is level 30 and has two mounts account. Even with the ID set of mounts, it does not use the mounts. I took a look in the manual, but in my honorbuddy not have the option "Use Mounts", only have the option "Use Random Mounts" ... How do I adjust this problem?

click "Settings and Tools" and under the mounts section, turn off Random. after that type in the NAMES of the mounts you want to use in the boxes. try and stay away from rare or hard to get mounts. then try it again.
if it fails then please upload a new log as an attachment so we can see whats going on.

im only going to accept the LATEST log. clear your log folder and reproduce the issue, and upload 1 log.

also a description of whats happening would be nice.

Guys, I solved the problem with the help of Tony.
The problem is that I only had flying mount and was trying to use them as a ground mount.
I bought a ground mount and now it's all right.
