Mount not working?

Hi, I can't seem to get my mage to mount now that I got it, I have the black skeletal horse, and i left the mount field blank, have used mount checked, and use random mount unchecked, I have restarted hb a couple times, trying different manual item numbers, and leaving it blank but I can't seem to figure it out.. Thanks for the help

I get that, in WoW, it says "Spell not learned" and then he'll just start walking to the hotspot, and yes I have learned/bought a mount, and used it

Similar problem I have got. ID 34238 is for Summoning Imp, but even warlock cannot ride on him

It seems to still not be working though, I figure the actual mount ID has changed or something? Maybe try a different skeletal horse?
