Mount not picking the one I put

Hi, I put the ID 40775 for Winged Steel of the ebon blade. This was done in the settings and i unchecked random. I also put 40775 in gb2 settings. However the bot refuses to use the mount id added. It uses the same mount 100% of the time but not the one i put.
