Mount issue after new update

anyone is facing issue that char doesn't mount up while questing after new update yesterday ?

i did make a new installation and still the same issue, please note that its a new account and i only got one mount which come when u buy the boosted char.

i tried that earlier there is nothing in both drop lists " empty " both
