Sorry, I always find these boasting profiles such an easy way for Blizzard to find you out, can't be that many Mottled Drakes around, Blizzard look up the characters that have them (can't be that hard, it's just a database of characters and equipment), see the transaction for 85k, check your bank for what you had in G, bing, got ya. At least if I worked for Blizz and trolled these and other forums that would be the way I would do it.

While I do agree that it is probably that easy, I don't believe its a very plausible situation. I don't think they would waste their resources catching a single individual by reading comments on a forum...its just not practical.
Relax, Blizzard would never ban off of these posts. 
Otherwise if someone else on my server got the Drake and I was pissed at them, I could make a post like this, and BAM, ban for them for no legitimate reason.
Blizzard is relatively good in this respect, they take the time to verify the claim themselves and would never waste their time on something unverifiable like this.
