Does anyone know the location that is referred to at this wowhead link:

Mote of Harmony - Item - World of Warcraft

One of the recent posters mentioned a location where you could kill shaman' in the area and that the provide an extra dps boost.

1. Where is this location?
2. Is there a grinding profile for it?
