Most strange problem iv ever encountered

i play games for like 13-14 years and i never had that problem
when i run the bot after like 40-60 sec not touching the keyboard or mouse my fps goes from normal to 1, when i move the mouse its geting back to normal but i cant bot with that... now iv found a solution for it by downloading some auto mouse movers that moves my mouse at 10sec interval , but im looking for a pernament solution if some one can help or had the same problem, ty

so no1 even guesses how could that be avoided? ;/ there was another update after that one and this didnt fix and on my other pc its all fine so i guess it has nothing to do with EB but anyone knows smthy about that? )

Verify that you cpu/gpu frequency isn't going "eco-mode", my gpu has this option (I disabled it ofc) so when it's not above 20% usage, it goes in eco and the freq goes down to 25% of its normal value. causing stuttering for everything.

might have been this i made it to 80% now checking it but how could it change by it self lol? i mean i have boted 2-3 nights no problem and the next one i had that problem without touching any settings
