Is it more beneficial to run higher level grifts for xp?

or

Is it more beneficial to run medium level grifts faster for more xp?

my characters have 1730 paragon points and gear is not an issue. I would appreciate any good input, thank you.

I typically look for the highest GR that I can complete in 6-7 minutes with minimal deaths.
