OK, here's what i found out:

in order to get to neutral whith nozdormu, first you have to complete the quest

Only one may rise,

in order to be able to accept

The Hand of the Righteous

To complete The Hand of the Righteous, you need
200 Silithid Carapace Fragments,
which can be looted from silithids in in hive regal, hive ashi and hive zora.

hmmm, i don't really know...
when i wrote my 1st post in this thread, i was just happy to find out, one could farm rep for nozdurmu. after the research i did on this, i realized, that since the prerequisite for the whole thing is a raid quest, i'm 99% sure, that i wont do it. i just posted my results to help evelyn.

I have done this quest line before many years ago

By being in a raid, what it means is that you can collect the items while being in a raid. This is how we farmed up the pieces to open the gate. Weeks of grindings a small raid group.

So you need 16k+ pieces plus some additional rep, etc, but it is suggested that you collect what you can from hive of Regal.

I'd love to see this profile, and I would definitely give it a try. Please don't forget a mailbox and vendor.
