More movement in pvp

I was just testing out the bgbuddy and noticed my mistweaver monk standing still a lot.
Is there any way I can make him move around more while casting instant spells etc? Maybe roll away when he gets attacked.

Im using TuanHAmonk CC btw.

Message Tuanha cause ive notcied that too on mistweaver in PVP and PVE he just stands there sometime not facing target. And im using Special edition :/
