MoP Release - No Patch - Will keep working?

I've seen a few blue posts stating that the realms will not go down on launch day, and that everything will just activate at 12PM PDT. So does that mean that HB will potentially continue to work?

It will, as long as there is no patch. (No one can be sure 100%, I guess we'll find out when we get there.)

I was mainly just wondering about using HB for combat bot because I plan on doing a lot of heavy drinking while leveling

We still haven't been pushed a new client patch, so what is the reason to bring / bot won't work on MoP launch at 2am? They've stated we won't even have to logout.
