MOP questing bot on my warlock not working

Im trying to use the kicks MOP bot on my warlock but its not working. After i kill a mob it its spamming "casting soul harvest" and then it just stops..soul harvest is a passive..whats up with that..the class config file is blank so i cant even turn it off.

try using another combat routine like clu
