So from what I have read/ heard on forums and from BETA players and such resilience has been removed and a new secondary stat called "Power" ? or something is going to be implemented as a sort of +%damage on Enemy Player Characters.
I could be completely wrong and that could be complete bullshit but if it is true it could present problems such as...
Healers in complete PvE gear since resilience isnt an issue?
If it also provides +%healing on Friendly Player Characters this gear could be abused in PvE situations?
If this gear system is the case then Blizzard should already thought up "Suitable" /sarcasm fixes to these problems but we know their track record on balancing the game.
