Your settings are setup in a way that is causing the plugin to fail. It looks like "Monoliths.json" has null values in it somewhere.
Please exit the bot, then delete your "Settings/Default/Monoliths.json" file, and reload the bot and see if the issue goes away.
I'll add some extra null checks for the next version.
