Monk's LON LTK routine problem

It spams dashing strike in combat even after I mark in out of combat.
it doesnt matter how I set up in trinity.
It just spams no matter when it is not on cooldown.
I think it's a huge dps lose.
Anything I can do about it?
or is there a better combat routine for lon ltk?

dashing strike in sunwuko ltk routine works as it should tho.
Its just lon ltk.
