Monk settings "use dashing strike OOC"

Monk settings "use dashing strike OOC" should have more priority over "Use movement spells out of combat".
If i deselect "use dashing strike OOC" it shouldn use it even if "Use movement spells out of combat" set.
Basically we should leave only one setting: class specified movement OOC.
