Monk is not using Mantra of Conviction

I have been running my bot with Mantra of conviction Inna's set with sweeping winds and wave of light (Empowered wave) and the bot would cast mantra of conviction the first time when he creates a game but through out the rest of the game he prioritizes wave of light over the mantra.

I am using Act 3 fast and Easy profile with trinity and atom up to date versions.
