Monk Improvements/Suggestions

1. Option to not cast EP: Impending Doom {cold} on Boss/Unique npc (or just never do it, 99% of the time it will be better than casting it). Instead, we should cast it on any adds that are spawned and kill them.

2. I think there must be some sort of inverted statement for cyclone strike and boss/rare/elite enemies. When these enemies are the only ones in range, cyclone strike is never used. I have mentioned this in another post, but it seems that it actually casts cyclone strike only if NOT in range of boss/rare/elite enemies.

See my reply to your other thread. Since it's the exact same build it's better that we discuss everything in one place. So if you could do me this favor, would you please copy and paste these other issues there?

Sure thing.

At first I was trying to keep separate generic monk things from the inna stuff, but failed to do so.

#1 + #2 are most likely not build specific.
