Monk Dashing Strike Problem

I'm using RoTS set and the problem is that it uses all the spirit and then the 2 charges, and that puts my Dashing Strike on CD. I have the a fresh install of DB.

I have Dashing Strike OOC Disabled, and it Dashes to pickup gold and loot.
