monitors RAM/CPU

Wow Client monitors RAM/CPU Processes from what I read, if this is true would a program like sandboxie be good so It would not scan out side its self? I have used to to do other things with CE in other games so it seems to work well. I just don't know how well it might work with wow. Has any one tested this and if so do you think it could help from being seen?

HB need interact with WoW. WoW is looking for that outside interaction - Sanboxie will not help.
