Monitor plugin, receiving notifications

I tried Buddycenter, but it seems as though it doesnt work anymore. I need something that will sent either a text message or something like that to my phone, and I can reply also. I know Jmon works but I need to log in to the website to review whispers, and I cant even reply. Anybody have any ideas?

My plugin can send whispers and write in party, and a irc client can easily be installed on a phone.

Its not done, and only a small amout of features have been added.
