Is your Game time About to Expire ? I got that same Error and it was due to my Credit card not being Billed yet. Had Account status : Pending under Bnet account page.

Apparently my accounts locked due to suspicious log in activity. Weird thing is, when I fill my info to unlock it, it says I'm missing required info so I can't unlock it...

This happened to a lot of people a few weeks ago. It might be the same bug. They had a blue post about it. They said there was nothing wrong with the account, but that the app was bugged.

yeap. its cause of your billing issue. payment didnt go through. spoke to the GM about it.
