Mixed profile noob

Hey there! I really wanna try out a mixed profile that does both grind and instances. But, I have never tried a mix profile before! So I set it to mix profile, and then what? Am I suppose to download a profile for it or how do I set it up ? :i

yse you need a profile,if you choose Grind bot you need a grinding profile
for Questbot you need a questing one
