Mixed mode bg q'ing issues

So double xp weekend for ab and running mixed mode on my hunter (hawkers 2.5 cc i think) on the latest hb (3182), and alot of times while its fighting mobs the q will pop up and it will say waiting 5 seconds (or 7 seconds) to join but it just stands there and never does till the counter times out and i have to re queue. I didnt have these problems before the last patch. Is anyone else having the same issues?

usually sticks when the queue pops up while looting or toon is standing there and gets attacked

that's just what can potentially happen with mixed mode. that waiting X seconds, cannot be changed, and sometimes when the queue pops up, its when combat is just starting. that's the risk you take when doing mixed mode. not much can be done about it.

why dont they change it so it kills mobs even when a queue is popped? same thing just happened to me and its annoying
