Mixed bot--> BuddyStore profile + Instance

Hello dear members of Honorbuddy forum. I have a question about if i could use Mixed Mode to quest and do instance ?
so if anyone could tell me step by step how to do this since im not the smartest one, it would mean allot<3

I have a Bone Quest Profile that i bought from buddy Store that only Farm on ground, and im quite sure vendore is supported by the profile aswell .

Found this but dident give me more then its possible but not 100%
