Mistweaver Monk PvP not really working

I'm trying to get my MW monk to pvp heal battlegrounds.. it will join the battle grounds and run around. very strangely, and will get to a fight and just stand there. doesnt use proper rotations or anything close to it. throws a dispel down maybe. doesnt even use jade serpent. am i missing something?

took me awhile to get to it because i had my death knight running and he works fine. but my mistweaver for some reason doesnt do much of anything. It wont cast the most important spells.
