Missing File - PF Won't Start

I've reinstalled and I have no active sessions to kill and still will not start up, thanks!

Are you running windows defender? if you are disable it and then make an exception for pokefarmer, then download PF again

i've always have had WD disabled and every time i've downloaded a new version of PF i've excepted every time the firewall window has come up i've always hit "allow'

set proper exception in your AV for PF folder after you make a new PF installation plz

i have still not working, just going to wait for an update or something
