Missing certain Nodes in GB

So, im 450 Herbalism and I want to bot whiptail in Uldum but it's not on my list of nodes. I was just wondering how do I fix this?

you should have the proper skill,in other case you wont be able to see it on list

I dont have it in my list and when I run a Whiptail only profile i've used before, it doesent get anything

Go to your trainer and train the highest level of herbalism
