Missing a lot of purchases

Missing a lot of my purchased botbases kicks 1-100 is missing a lot of files so on and so fourth. I disabled everything on the buddy store and enabled it. still no luck

My profiles are back now. But I'm still missing a lot of botbases. I would really like to get this resolved today

Sorry they told me to take it to the support thread then closed it. But you told me to contact support via email..... so how can i get the damn thing fixed.
