Title. What do you get the most profit out of using JC and Enchanting to prospect ores, make jewelry, DE and sell enchanting mats or just sell the raw mats?

You will definitely get the most gold out of prospecting and DE'ing your mats, but the quickest money from selling it raw

Depends on server, some have fast turn over where people buy as soon as you put it on AH but others can have an AH that just doesn't see traffic (usually on low pop/dead realms).

Personally I process most of the mats I bot as I make more from selling it as end user goods and don't get into bid wars.

I thought i saw some excel file once where you can import prices etc so it calculate which makes the most profit, not sure tho and cant seem to find it back.

Obviously enchanting mats will sell for a bit more, but when you take the time it takes to process it, id rather be out there farming more money instead of spending 4+ hours doing that kind of stuff.

Depends on the amount of bots on your server and price of raw ores. I'd say making some bloodied pyrium gear, or prospecting/disenchanting. But that's all if you want to put the small amount of time into doing all that, and whether or not your ores are dirt cheap. My current main server is FLOODED with bots and thus raw materials are dirt cheap. Makes it perfect for making gold though, hell I don't even need to bot for ores anymore, just as cheap to buy off the AH.

i just sell raw stuff. the time it takes to proccess stuff and post diferent auctions I rather spend mining.

It all depends on how much you farm imo and ofcourse if you can find buyers for all your ore.

IMO prosp/DE will net you personal gain if needed. Otherwise you may see a faster profit just selling the raw mats BUT they may also be harder to get rid of. With prosp/DE you have a variety of things to sell rather than just ore itself.

And ofc as previously stated all of it rides on your servers current economy.

i prospect it all and send it to my jc, there i cut/sell blue gems, the green gems are made into items i then either vendor or dis on my enchanter except the greenblue gems those are useless and vendored, the greenred i use on alchemy with herb to make into bluered.

i sell all the mats from mining, and my herbs i use for flasks (i know u didnt ask for herbs.. but still)
mats i sell all days a week, but the flasks i sell 80% of my storage in the bank on tuesdays..

depends what im in the mood for, it really boring prospecting 100+ stacks ores, but if i have time and it will make a great profit itss really good.

nice tip is use the OreCrusher2 addon and see if its worth it

We have a bot. Why not let the bot do the prospecting, selling the stuff you don't need, crafting the rest into items, DEing the items and putting the Mats on AH?

He is new by the look of his reg date so maybe he doesn't know what the bot can do for him.

When there is 9+ pages of each type of ore at 40-50g each stack I just sell a few stacks for 35g and then process the rest in gems/rings/necks and de the rings/necks. Vendor the crap gems (blue gems) and then sell all the good cuts of rare gems on the ah.

Sell the esscence and a few stacks of dust.

Farm cloth, turn into bolts, combine with leftover dust to make bags. Sell the bags.
