Is there a Profile that will mine everything you need and level blacksmithing up or could someone make one?

no but you can record you own profiles with zap recorder and mine evrything safe it and use it for blacksmitting use wow profession guide to lvl up you bs u can see there what u evrything need.

then save your mats and use the profile found on various google websites to find your way to 600 BS.

i just found some great profiles that have been working flawlessly for herb and mining from 0 to 600 (at about 350 so far and its been nothing but great.

i believe the person who made them is "Lbniese", if you cant find the profile pack, search the name and PM him, im sure hed be happy to send you a link to the proper page.
